EFGAMP is open to further members, who share our common view and are in possess of the criteria needed to be eligible. Three options are available:
– Effective Member
Criteria: legal entity with a registered office in the European Union and regular activities in the field of the Purpose of the Association (see § 2 of the Articles of Association).
– Associated Members
Criteria: non-profit or cultural legal entity with a registered office outside the European Union acting in the field of the Purpose of the Association (see § 2 of the Articles of Association)
– Supporting Members
Criteria: legal entity or an individual not actively and regularly acting in the field of the Purpose of the Association (see § 2 of the Articles of Association) but supporting such purpose
