EFGAMP opens membership for non EU countries

Europe

EFGAMP, the European Federation of Video Game Archives, Museums and Preservation project, has officially redefined the meaning of Europe in the sense of EFGAMP’s mission to preserve our common digital heritage. As per EFGAMP’s mission we definite “Europe” culturally and geographically, not politically and not following the borders of individual countries.

This means our common European project continues to be common with our UK members, Brexit or no Brexit. Now EFGAMP is also able to welcome new members from non-EU states, which will help us broaden our understanding of the history of video games and their cultural meaning across the borders.
